Grain Analytics had a powerful backend—one that surfaced deep insights from call data—but their product didn’t reflect that value clearly. The dashboard was cluttered, visually dated, and made it difficult for users to find meaningful takeaways. Our job was to realign the product with the intelligence behind it.

We approached the redesign not just as a UI task, but as a product strategy challenge. We began by mapping the core use cases and reframing the information architecture around user intent. Key data points were elevated, friction was removed from interaction flows, and the entire system was made more glanceable and self-explanatory.

Visually, the new dashboard balanced editorial clarity with subtle personality—structured layouts, soft backgrounds, and confident typography created a cleaner, more trustworthy experience. Instead of drowning in data, users now saw what mattered, instantly.

Grain’s redesign helped shift the perception of their product from a tool into a trusted source of insight—ultimately improving engagement and confidence across their user base.
